Summary
This study tests whether a home-based virtual reality (VR) exercise program is practical and helpful for people with shoulder pain lasting more than 3 months. Thirty adults with rotator cuff syndrome, frozen shoulder, or shoulder instability will use a VR headset for 15 minutes daily over 6 weeks, combined with education and physiotherapy. The goal is to see if VR can reduce pain and improve movement, and whether people find it easy and motivating to use at home.
