Summary
This study tests whether using a virtual reality (VR) headset at home can help people with shoulder pain that has lasted more than three months. Thirty adults with rotator cuff problems, frozen shoulder, or shoulder instability will do daily 15-minute VR exercises for six weeks, along with online education and three physiotherapy sessions. The goal is to see if VR is practical and acceptable, and whether it reduces pain and improves movement.
