Summary
This study is testing whether using virtual reality exercise games can help improve balance and reduce the risk of falls in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Researchers will compare a group using VR exercises to a control group. The goal is to see if this fun, tech-based approach can improve quality of life and prevent fractures caused by falls.
