Summary
This study is testing whether using virtual reality (VR) exercise games can help improve balance and quality of life for postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Researchers will compare a group using VR exercises to a control group to see if the games reduce the risk of falls. The goal is to find new, engaging ways to help manage the symptoms and risks associated with weakened bones.
