NCT ID NCT07483762
First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tested whether a short virtual reality (VR) self-help program could increase hope and well-being in healthy young adults aged 18-30. Forty participants completed five sessions, starting with an in-person VR experience followed by audio and video materials at home. They filled out questionnaires before and after to measure changes in hope, mentalizing ability, and psychological well-being. The goal was to see if this approach is feasible, not to prove it works.
