Summary
This study looked at whether playing virtual reality exercise games can help the physical and mental health of office workers who sit a lot. 32 adults aged 30-60 who were not very active took part. For six weeks, one group played VR games like Beat Saber twice a week during work hours, while the other group did not. The researchers measured balance, thinking skills, and body mass index to see if the VR games made a difference.
