Office workers slash stress and boost balance with VR games
NCT ID NCT07192562
Summary
This study tested whether playing virtual reality exercise games during work hours could improve physical balance and mental sharpness in sedentary office employees. Thirty-two inactive university staff played games like Beat Saber twice a week for six weeks while researchers measured their balance, memory, and attention. The goal was to see if fun, interactive VR workouts could be a practical solution for people who sit all day at work.
