Short VR workout breaks could sharpen your mind and mood
NCT ID NCT06889597
Summary
This study tested whether taking short, active breaks using virtual reality (VR) or mixed reality (MR) games at work could improve people's mood and mental focus. Researchers compared these active breaks to just resting quietly. They measured how quickly and accurately people could think, their mood, and their heart rate during these different types of breaks.
