Short VR workouts could zap brain fog and boost mood
NCT ID NCT06889597
Summary
This study tested whether taking short, active breaks using virtual reality (VR) or mixed reality (MR) games could help office workers feel better and think more clearly. Twenty-eight desk workers tried three different types of short breaks: VR exercise games, MR exercise games, and just resting. Researchers measured their mood, mental focus, heart rate, and how much they enjoyed the activity to see which break was most helpful.
