Summary
This study looks at whether watching digital stories through virtual reality glasses can help first-time pregnant women feel more attached to their baby, less fearful of childbirth, and more confident in their ability to give birth. About 112 women in their 28th week of pregnancy will take part. The goal is to see if this relaxing, high-tech experience improves their emotional well-being and stress test results.
