Summary

This study will test if watching digital stories through virtual reality glasses can help first-time pregnant women feel more attached to their baby, less afraid of childbirth, and more confident in their ability to give birth. About 112 women in their 28th week of pregnancy will participate. Researchers will measure changes using questionnaires and a standard fetal heart rate test.
