NCT ID NCT07366073

First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tested whether virtual reality (VR) can improve college students' understanding of dementia and their attitudes toward people with the condition. 129 students were randomly assigned to either a 360-degree real-life VR experience or a computer-generated VR lesson. They completed questionnaires before and after the VR sessions to measure changes in knowledge and attitudes. The goal was to see which type of VR works better for dementia education.
