Summary
This study tests whether using immersive virtual reality (VR) for cognitive rehabilitation is safe and practical for people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. Forty participants will either receive VR-based training or continue their usual care. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, thinking skills, and daily functioning to see if VR offers added benefits.
