Summary

This study tests whether immersive virtual reality (VR) can safely help people with schizophrenia improve their thinking skills, reduce symptoms, and function better in daily life. Forty adults with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder will either receive VR-based cognitive rehab or continue their usual treatment. The goal is to see if VR is practical and helpful in a community mental health setting.
