VR games aim to rebuild memory after ICU delirium

Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) brain games can help older adults recover memory, attention, and mood after a stay in the intensive care unit (ICU) with delirium. About 100 people aged 50 and older who survived ICU delirium will use a VR headset and hand controls at home for 4 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable, and to estimate its effects on thinking skills and depression.
