Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, vorinostat and temozolomide, in 83 adults with malignant gliomas (aggressive brain tumors). The goal was to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs work together to kill tumor cells. Participants received the drugs in cycles, and researchers monitored side effects and tumor response.
