First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests two different doses of vorinostat combined with standard chemotherapy drugs (carboplatin or paclitaxel) in 20 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to find safe dose levels and understand how the drugs work in the body. This is not a cure, but aims to better control the disease.
