Summary
This study tests a drug called vonsetamig in 56 people with chronic kidney disease who are on dialysis and have very high levels of antibodies that make it nearly impossible to find a matching kidney donor. The goal is to safely lower those antibodies so they can receive a kidney transplant. The study will also monitor side effects and how the drug works in the body.
