Summary

This study tested a document called Voicing My CHOiCES to help young adults (ages 18-39) with cancer or other chronic illnesses plan their future medical care. Participants filled out surveys about anxiety, support, and communication, then used the document to record their care preferences. The goal was to see if the tool reduces anxiety and improves conversations with family and doctors about end-of-life care.
