Summary

This study tests two ways of giving botox injections to treat voice tremor, a condition that causes a shaky voice. About 30 adults will get either a new injection into the false vocal folds or the standard muscle-guided injection. The goal is to see which method better improves voice-related quality of life and reduces tremor over 12 weeks.
