Summary
This study tested an AI tool called LyssnCrisis that listens to crisis calls and gives feedback to counselors. The goal was to help counselors better assess suicide risk and improve their skills. Researchers worked with 81 counselors from a national crisis center to see if the AI could make training more effective and improve caller outcomes.
