Summary

This study looked at whether vocal exercises or breathing exercises work better to improve lung function and core stability in healthy women aged 18 to 65. Fifty women did either vocal or breathing exercises twice a week for six weeks. Researchers measured their lung capacity, breath-holding ability, and trunk stability before and after the program to see which group improved more.
