New injection aims to heal scarred vocal cords and restore voices

Summary

This study is testing whether an injection called KP-100LI can safely improve voice function in people with vocal fold scars. Participants will receive either the active injection or a placebo (dummy) shot directly into their vocal cords. The main goal is to see if the treatment improves patients' self-reported voice problems after 24 weeks.
