New injection aims to heal scarred vocal cords and restore voices

Summary
This study is testing whether an injection called KP-100LI can improve voice function in people with vocal cord scarring. About 62 participants will receive either the real injection or a placebo (dummy) shot directly into their vocal cords. Researchers will measure changes in voice quality and handicap over 24 weeks to see if the treatment is effective and safe.
