Experimental combo for tough blood cancers shows early promise but study halted
NCT ID NCT04702425
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested two experimental drugs, VOB560 and MIK665, together in 37 people with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma, acute myeloid leukemia, or multiple myeloma. The goal was to find safe doses and see if the combination could kill cancer cells by blocking proteins that protect them. The study was terminated early, so final results are limited.
