Summary
This study tests whether vitamin D3 supplements can reduce inflammation and improve recovery in adults with mild-to-moderate traumatic brain injury (TBI). 240 participants will receive either high or standard doses of vitamin D3 or a placebo for 3 weeks, with follow-up for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this safe, low-cost supplement can help the brain heal better.
