Summary

This study looks at whether taking a daily vitamin D pill for six months can lower inflammation in Mexican adults with type 2 diabetes. Forty participants will take the supplement and have blood tests at the start and end. The goal is to see if vitamin D improves blood sugar and reduces inflammatory markers.
