Summary

This study looked at whether giving vitamin D supplements to adults with type 2 diabetes and low vitamin D levels improves their blood sugar control. 119 participants took a high dose of vitamin D once a month for three months. Researchers measured blood sugar and HbA1c levels before and after the treatment to see if there was any improvement.
