Vitamin cocktail may slow memory decline in older adults

Summary
This study tests whether taking vitamin D3, folic acid, and vitamin B12 for 6 months can slow memory loss in people aged 50-70 with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). 380 participants will be split into groups getting low or high doses of these vitamins or a placebo. The goal is to see if this simple nutritional approach can help keep the brain sharper for longer.
