Sunshine vitamin tested as new aid for childhood bedwetting

NCT ID NCT06508333

Summary

This study tested whether adding a high-dose vitamin D supplement to standard alarm therapy works better for treating bedwetting in children than using the alarm alone. It involved 262 children and teenagers aged 5 to 18 who had bedwetting and low vitamin D levels. Researchers compared the two groups to see if the combination led to fewer wet nights and improved quality of life.
