Summary

This study looks at how vitamin C supplements change the bacteria living in your gut. Healthy adults will take a low dose (200 mg) and then a high dose (1000 mg) of vitamin C each day for two weeks. Researchers will collect stool, blood, and urine samples to see how the gut bacteria and body respond.
