Summary

This study looked at whether showing people with bulimia or binge eating disorder simple graphs of their symptom changes during the first weeks of talk therapy (CBT) helps them improve faster. About 80 adults with a BMI over 19 took part. The goal was to see if the graphs led to a 65% drop in symptoms within 4 weeks. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
