First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week program of sport-specific visual and balance exercises can improve reaction time and stability in young athletes aged 18-23. Twenty open-skill athletes (e.g., basketball, soccer players) will be compared to a control group. The goal is to see if this training enhances performance beyond regular practice.
