Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week program of sport-specific visual and vestibular (balance) exercises can improve reaction time and dynamic balance in open-skill athletes like basketball and soccer players. Twenty athletes aged 18-23 will be compared to a control group. The goal is to see if this training enhances performance beyond regular practice.
