Pelvic training with visual feedback shows promise for sedentary adults

NCT ID NCT07019376

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looked at whether training with visual biofeedback—seeing your own pelvic movements on a screen—can help healthy but inactive people improve their sense of pelvic position, balance, and core muscle endurance. 48 sedentary adults participated, and the researchers measured changes in pelvic control and balance. The goal was to understand if this type of training could be useful, not to treat any disease.
