New kidney stone buster: VISOR system tested for faster cleanout

Summary
This study tests a new device called VISOR against the usual flexible ureteroscope for removing upper urinary tract stones up to 3 cm. About 100 adults will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to see if VISOR clears more stones right after surgery and reduces complications.
