Summary

This study compares a new device called VISOR to a standard scope for removing upper urinary tract stones. About 100 adults with stones up to 3 cm will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. The main goal is to see if VISOR clears more stones right after surgery and leads to fewer complications.
