New imaging technique could improve lymph node detection in vulvar cancer

Summary
This study tests a newer imaging method (ICG-NIR) against the standard one (lymphoscintigraphy) to see which better finds sentinel lymph nodes in early-stage vulvar cancer. About 22 adults with small tumors will take part. The goal is to improve accuracy during surgery.
