First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding special eye and balance exercises to standard manual therapy and exercise can reduce pain and improve function, balance, and reaction time in people with chronic neck pain. 54 adults with neck pain lasting at least 3 months took part. The goal was to see if stimulating the body's balance and vision systems could lead to better outcomes than manual therapy and exercise alone.
