First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding special eye and balance exercises to standard manual therapy and exercise could improve pain, movement, balance, and reaction time in people with chronic neck pain. Fifty-four adults with neck pain for at least 3 months took part. The goal was to see if stimulating the body's balance and vision systems could lead to better outcomes than manual therapy and exercise alone.
