Summary
This study is testing a new treatment called hV01, which is a modified virus designed to infect and kill cancer cells while also boosting the immune system. It is for adults with advanced pancreatic cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The virus is injected directly into the tumor to see if it can shrink tumors and control the disease.
