Summary
This trial is testing a new treatment called hV01, which is a specially modified virus designed to infect and kill pancreatic cancer cells. It is for adults with advanced pancreatic cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The virus is injected directly into the tumor, and researchers will measure if it shrinks tumors and controls the disease.
