Summary
This study tests whether a virtual therapy led by parents can help teens with anorexia nervosa while reducing long wait times for treatment. About 90 families will take part, with parents guiding sessions using online materials and support from a therapist. The goal is to see if this approach eases eating disorder symptoms and works well in real-world clinics.
