Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality training using the Nintendo Wii Fit can improve balance, walking, and agility in children aged 7-14 with mild cerebral palsy. Over 6 weeks, 56 kids will either play Wii Fit games or do standard physical therapy. The goal is to see if a fun, low-cost video game approach works as well or better than traditional exercises.
