Summary

This study will check if a virtual reality (VR) version of the five-repetition sit-to-stand test works as well as the traditional version. Researchers will test 60 healthy young adults aged 18-30. The goal is to see if VR can provide a more standardized and engaging way to measure leg strength and mobility.
