First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study aims to see if a virtual reality (VR) version of the five-repetition sit-to-stand test is as valid and reliable as the traditional version. Researchers will enroll 60 healthy adults aged 18-30 and compare their performance on both tests, as well as check how the VR test relates to other balance and strength measures. The goal is to determine if VR can provide a more standardized and engaging way to assess lower body function.
