First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tested whether using a virtual reality headset is as good as standard equipment for balance rehab in people with vertigo. 76 adults with vestibular disorders did daily therapy for 3-4 weeks. The goal was to see if the cheaper, smaller VR device could match the standard approach in improving balance and reducing dizziness.
