Summary
This study tests whether a special virtual reality program that stimulates multiple senses can help people who have had a stroke improve their movement and thinking. Researchers will compare the VR therapy to standard care in 40 adults aged 18-85 who had their first stroke. The goal is to see if this fun, immersive approach can boost recovery of leg function and brain activity.
