Summary
This study tested a virtual reality program designed to help people quit smoking. The program was based on situations that often trigger a relapse. Researchers measured how many participants quit smoking after 6 weeks and up to one year, and tracked their cravings. The study included 74 adults who smoked at least 10 cigarettes a day and wanted to quit.
