Summary
This study tested whether watching virtual reality during a blood draw could help school-age children feel less pain, anxiety, and emotional distress. 86 children participated, and researchers measured their pain, anxiety, and emotional behavior using simple scales. The goal was to see if a fun VR distraction could make the procedure easier for kids.
