Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality exercise games can improve balance, quality of life, and reduce fall risk in postmenopausal women aged 50–75 with osteoporosis. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to either a virtual reality exercise group or a control group. The goal is to see if these fun, interactive exercises are more effective than standard care for preventing falls and fractures.
